Ingredients

• Bourbon2½ oz
• Simple Syrup½ oz
• Mint8 leaves

Steps

1. Gently muddle the mint with the syrup in a julep cup.
2. Pack with crushed ice and add bourbon.
3. Stir briefly and garnish with a mint bouquet.
